Our commitment to
teaching and developing:We use learning to drive our program by
developing great people with great talent and skills, linking
learning to results and personal development; and creating an

 We believe
that the ability to learn faster and learn more than our competition
gives us an advantage in the global sports markets we serve. The
preferred way to learn at Westside Basketball Club is through
challenging practice assignments on the floor with professional
trainers and coaches. Much of it is team-based, which reflects our
high-performance team philosophy.
WBC, which serves its
members and the achievement of their athletic goals, plays an
important role in tapping the potential of all our

Our Coaching Director coordinates
coaching efforts and aligns them with the goals of WBC. Our
coaches help members develop by customizing their workouts/practices
and offering tools to help them better understand their individual
development needs.
Learning keeps our members - who are
already among the best skilled and most talented in the game -
contemporary so that they can apply the latest techniques to their
game. We're an organization of people who want to improve each
player's skills, who demand development, and who like to
teach.
Only players who master the ability to learn, adapt,
and acquire new capabilities quickly and efficiently, will be the
